SmartTeh is an Automated Container Loading System designed maximise efficiency when loading cargo into Containers for transportation/export. Suitable for use within the Timber Export Industry, Metal Industry and any other bulk cargo loading, the automated process is a simple 4 STEP PROCESS to assist the logistics industry with an efficient solution to fitting cargo into containers for export

SMARTEH FEATURES
Container Connector Clamps
On Each side of the Loading Platform, Hydraulic Container Clamps are located to ensure the Trailer/Container is held still during the loading process
Side Rollers
On each side of the Loading Platform there are Side Rollers to assist the loading and ensure the product is aligned with the container
Stopper Plate
The Stopper plate hydraulically extends on completion of loading cargo. This pushes against the cargo when the loading plate is extracting from the container. This can also be used to inch cargo inwards to ensure the container doors can close
Adjustable Legs
Both Ends of the Platform can be adjusted Up/Down to suit different trailer heights. The Platform can also adjust horizontally to correctly line up with a container
Loading Plate
The Loading Plate is operated using a Motor/Gear Box System
Control System
Operated using a single Control System, this ensures safe operation with one person responsible for operating the system
Guiding Rollers
On each side of the SmartTEH platform entrance, large Rollers assist when loading to ensure cargo is not skewed inside
